Your company and your clients would like their materials on hand before they arrive in person. Where do they send it? How can they tell if it gets there before they arrive? 

Mail Boxes, Etc. - Ocoee can act as a receiving agent for UPS, FEDEX, DHL, AIRBORNE EXPRESS or any of the other common carriers. An address, close to your convention site, will be provided where your company and your clients can send their material and pick it up upon it's arrival. Delivery to the convention site is also available for those who desire it.

Provide us with the tracking numbers and expected delivery date of arrival and we will follow the package from shipment to receipt. If there are any problems with the shipment, we will contact you immediately for further instructions. 

  

If your company or your client needs to bring a large volume of copies to the convention, send the originals to us to be copied and ready for them when they need them. Better yet, use our convenient E-Mail Copy Service and send the file directly to us.  We will print it out, copy it, and bind it to your specifications, having it ready when you are. Both Color and Black and White services are available along with our many finishing services. We can meet all your copy needs and have them ready when you want them. We even provide pick-up and delivery services for your copies at a price a lot less than those hotel copy prices. 

It's time to go home and your clients' are tired and their hands are full with all the wonderful training material, advertising material, souvenirs, gifts, and prizes passed out during the convention. And you have your own displays to get back safe and sound so they can be used at the next convention.
