Rental Charges Rental charges are due in advance. Thirty days notice of due date will be provided through the means of your choice.	$72.00	$144.00
Mail Forwarding Deposit All forwarding is accomplished at U.S. Postal rates or Common Carrier retail rates plus standard handling charges. Notification will be provided through a means of your choice when your forwarding deposit drops below 20%. Forwarding deposit may have a higher requirement based on shipping history. Use of your FEDEX or UPS account may be arranged. An addressing and service fee of $5.00 per package plus any packing material charges will be assessed.	$25.00	$50.00
